Eastland Citadel is a 70,000 square feet office development that was conceptualized and executed by PCOC in 2007 for Eastland Holdings Private Limited. It is located on Hosur Road at the Madivala Junction and has quickly turned into a landmark in the area.

It is currently managed by Pride Management Services Private Limited.

Numerous organisations have chosen this building as their home throughout the years with some notable ones being: Hackerrank, Jumbotail, IDC, Staples, Quadgen Wireless, Arista Networks, SmartStream, Etisalat, Tata AutoComp, Pantaloons, Butterfield Fulcrum, etc.
